His work spans public engagement, social innovation, collaborative planning, and leadership development across municipalities, government, nonprofits, universities, and leadership teams.
His approach is participatory, practical, and grounded in the belief that people closest to the work should be able to shape it. Quorum brings that approach to the everyday meetings where managers are asked to lead.
